Using this website
You may browse this website and submit the contact form to reach San Jose Built. Do not use this website to send false or misleading information.
Quotes and orders
A quote from San Jose Built is not a final price until we confirm parts and availability. An order is final once you approve the parts list and price in writing, for example by email.
Warranty
San Jose Built covers workmanship on every custom build for one year from the delivery date. This warranty covers our assembly work. It does not cover individual part failures, which fall under each manufacturer's own warranty. To make a claim, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel your order before we buy parts for it, at no charge. Once we buy parts for your build, a cancellation fee may apply to cover parts we cannot return. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Limitation of liability
San Jose Built is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of a PC we build. Our liability for a build is limited to the amount you paid for that build.
